SHIPPING POLICY

  1. All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase.

  2. We ship to all locations within the UK with standard shipping

  3. International postage is available at an additional charge please contact us for rates.

  4. International orders may be subject to additional import taxes, these will be at the cost of the customer.

  5. We offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

  6. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  7. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or a substitution.

  8. We will provide a tracking number for every order, so you can track your package's progress.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy for The Little Vanporium:

  1. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  3. All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and parts included.

  4. Any item that appears to be used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

  5. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  7. If the item is found to be defective, The Little Vanporium will replace or repair the item at no additional cost to the customer.

  8. Returns must be approved by The Little Vanporium before they are shipped back. Please contact us at Shopvanporium@gmail.com to initiate a return.
